When will my order be delivered?
Production Time and Shipping Time vary by product, quantity, complexity, and delivery address but most orders are completed and delivered in 6 to 10 Business Days.* There are quicker shipping options available and all Standard orders are able to be turned around in 1 to 5 Business Days.

Can I Return my product?
Returns are possible for Printers, Printer Parts, Printer Supplies, Cleaning Kits, PVC Cards and other Evolis products. Printed products are not eligible for Returns. For our full Return Policy, please click here.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition for Evolis and Blank PVC Card Products. For Printed Products, we can either provide a replacement or a refund.
